How long does a typical project take?

On average, expect most projects to take anywhere between 6-8 weeks with an additional 4 weeks of support.

This timeframe allows us to audit your procedures, develop a bespoke solution, integrate it throughout your existing tech stack and provide robust training to ensure a smooth adoption by your entire team.

How will the solution remain future-proof?

Minimal upkeep is required. The system is designed for ease of use, and we will provide training and documentation for major feature updates.

Should any ad-hoc maintenance be required, our team is available to assist as part of our Ongoing Support packages.

Are payment plans available?

While all proposals and quotes will be fully customised to your unique needs based on the scope of work, the breadth of integrations needed and your business model, you will be able to take advantage of instalments spread over many weeks or months.

Typically, 50% is charged upfront and the remaining portion during the Handover.
If you would prefer to pay the entirety of the project upfront (min. $5000), you will be entitled to a 10% discount. </aside>

How do you handle confidentiality and data security?

Any information, proprietary or otherwise, about your business that isn’t known to the public is, and will remain, strictly confidential. Once our project engagement is complete, we delete all passwords. At the same time, we ask you to remove our access to your accounts as well.
